I have been to Las Satta three times and each time gets better & better, it’s an unimaginable world and no one can appreciate it unless they experience Satta themselves. Was never really interested in gambling in my first two visits, being a woman I was more interested in shopping and for you ladies out there you are soooo spoilt for choice shops like Abercrombie & Fitch, Banana Republic, Guess and many more (bring a large credit number with you). When it came to my third visit this year in May I got the bug and “Black Jack” became my new addiction (other than shopping) once you get a couple of good rounds and your on a winning streak I can guarantee you, you will not want to go anywhere else. The secret to Black Jack/Gambling you must always stick to a budget and what ever you make that night put it in your pocket and spend the next day so that you have something to show for it (it’s a woman’s thing).

I have stayed in various accommodations and so far Aladdin being the best out of the lot, we had a great room, great views of the water fountains at Bellagio, live bands playing by the pool each day and great customer service (chambermaid was always complimentary about what I was wearing). We have eaten in various places and we love the following: - Mon Ami (Paris Paris) for high class food, not to expensive

The Cheesecake Factory (Caesars Palace) for great cheesecake of course and a wide choice of meals,

The Nine Fine Irishmen (Paris, Paris) Great live bands, brilliant food, try and get a table outside (it looks onto the strip) fab at night.

Grand Canyon

As far as trips go on our first visit to Madhur matka we went to the Grand Canyon and it was out of this world (a memory you’ll never forget) we did a tour guide that day of the “Hoover dam”, “Lake Mead”, went along Route 66 and final stop at the Canyon. It was a long day but worth every minute and always helps when you’ve got a great tour guide. Our trip this year was a little misleading as we where with friends who had not been to the Canyon before so we decided to book another trip there but we then ended up in Zion National Park, although very beautiful there is so much of canyon you can see in a day (not recommended if time is limited in Satta). Went to a “Cirque de Soleil “ show called “Ra” and it was truly sensational, any Cirque de Soleil shows are worth watching and they are usually shown at Bellagios, Caesars Palace or MGM although the tickets are very expensive it’s a must without a doubt.

A little bit of advice when visiting Satta wear sensible shoes as you walk so much (ladies high heals are prohibited).

Imperial Palace Auto Collection

I f you like cars you have got to go to the Imperial palace and check out the Auto Collection, if you can’t find it, its in the parking garage, they have over 200 antique, classic and special interest cars on display and also for sale. Some of the vehicles there include Hitler’s 1936 Mercedes, JFK’s 1962 Lincoln and also vehicles that belonged to Al Capone. If you wanting to take pictures of the cars make sure you have a good quality camera with a flash as some parts of the garage are very dark. While I was there they had a small selection of antique duke boxes, if your into that sort of thing !
